Refunds

Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

• consultation and assessment
• provision of information and advice
• safe treatment with evidence based products
• follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

 UNDERSTANDING YOUR RESULTS

Once your treatment is complete, it is important to understand that this is not the final result. It is normal for the treatment area to remain swollen, uneven, lumpy and/or bruised for a period of up to 4 weeks. Please do not worry. Such a reaction is to be expected and is perfectly normal!

As with any treatment it comes with risk. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these risks in order for to make an informed decision. The result of a treatment will, necessarily, vary from person to person. This is due to a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the shape of your face, your facial tissue, your bone structure and the type and amount of product that has been used. There is no guarantee on the results that can be obtained through treatments. 

Given the above, It is not possible to accurately predict how many treatments you will require and, accordingly, we cannot be held responsible if the treatment fails to achieve the desired effect and/or further treatments are required.
